Since I started typing a couple of years ago I have more flexibility and ability with my fingers, but the wrists just get worse.
Some of you people must "work out" and perhaps know some good exercises I can do to improve strength and wrist mobility/capability without doing more damage to them (which is my biggest issue that effects daily life constantly?) 2 docs have told me this pain is permanant now due to permamant joint damage ... but I refuse to believe that!
