[Garry Shipton (RIP)]

Carmen,as I type this my left arm from the shoulder to the elbow are aching like hell.The pain seems to move from the joint in my shoulder down to my elbow,then back up.The only thing helping me is a hot electric heating pad plus extra strength Tylonol tablets for arthritis(3) every four hours.Happens to me every year at this time when the weather turns cold.
The Shadow wud say hello,but he's passed out on the floor beside me with his big head on his brown stuffed teddy bear that my daughter Jen gave him last Xmas
