The Chev one you mention is Australian manufacture only - the Canadian versions are the same for both types, then there are the specialised late war ones to accommodate large data plates, and the pilot model C8A with raised lines... the final type I've seen is an Australian made replacement door with no pressing on the inside at all. I have one of those. I can only assume it was made by Holden as Ford imported their doors from Canada.
