Hi Tony,
This was advertised on Milweb and I expect that it might have been purchased by someone overseas. On a different aspect - if you leave the item on Ebay until theres less than 24hrs to go on the auction then you are unable to withdraw the item. So the seller may have feared being locked into a sale at or just above the reserve.
