That Ed is actually quite an interesting picture, once again proving what I have said which is take pictures, lots of them, all the time, because what is mundane now will not be so very soon.
The rear side markings relate to the trailer being drawn from stocks at a depot, the single line at the rear bottom relates to "IRR PAINT" being applied.
The tyre pressure is not unusual but the markers behind and close to the water mark further forward are different.
The name VANCOUVER indicates that it either came in or will be leaving on a move most likely through that port.
I can not quite see the numbers above, maybe you can share them?
It is an early wide track by all details I see.
