The Workshop manual I have here is a Vauxhall publication and their ref. number is on the bottom of the inside title page, TS.155 and dated October 1941. The heading on this page reads;
TANK, INFANTRY, MARK IV
(CHURCHILL)

Hi Richard..
Mine says across the top...
TANK,INFANTRY,Mark IV

Instruction Book
Shows the Vauxhall logo.

The "NO show" statement
Issued by V******Ts.149. May 1941...
No mention of Churchill any where in the manual that I can find..

They may not have been called Churchills at that point..
Mine has a really dark green leatherette cover with a green dome snap closer on the over flap..
The brits knew how to make a manual ..great detail with colour and well illustrated..
Now if you guys only drove on the right side of the road..
