Things are already happening here this evening. There was a group assembled near the Cenotaph at about 1845hrs, doing a prayer and hymn thing, for peace. They've got their work cut out for them, if they think that's ever going to be an outcome, but god bless em for hoping!

Also been some sort of school students service down the square a little way. Several politicians spoke on subject of Nurses lost in battles, and the Centaur was mentioned specifically. Dreadful crime that was. For those not of oceanic blood, the Centaur was a marked hospital ship which the japanese knowingly sunk in 1942, with many medical and nursing staff lost to the sea.
