OK, I did a little looking around the QM's today and altho' we no longer have Cougars or their staves sets, I can confirm that your pic is and exact duplicate of what we were using to clean the 76mm.
Obviously the # is different on our recent past handles but the wood, brass, and design are
EXACTLY the same as your pic. You know how the Army is; if it ain't broke, don't fix it!!!
