That is one example of the post war (1952) 19 set rebuilds done here in Australia. The duck egg blue panel is typical of these sets. The nomenclature plate on these sets is dated 1952.
These were British made wartime sets that were completely stripped down and rebuilt using PVC insulated wiring and new capacitors. I have owned a few of these sets.
These would have been installed in then new Australian Centurion tanks I think, before the Larkspur gear was available.
