I made up the rods from 3/16 plain steel rod, only the cross drilling for the cotter pin required a bit of care.
The washer was a standard SAE #10.
The springs can be cut from bulk spring material, "off the shelf" made by Century Spring (part R-10 OD .312, wire .048 pitch 086 sold in 36" lengths that I cut to match the originals I had at 2-5/8 free length).
In the photo, from left to right an original (in good shape), the disassembled original I worked from to make repros before I found the good original and a repro.
