				 Cold weather cabs 
 
			
			Having experienced part of two Canadian winters (yes, I know it gets colder than that) I can understand the need for cabs just to make the vehicles usable under those conditions.Even though you Canadians generally don't take your CMPs out when there's salt on the roads I remember someone (was it Phil Waterman) talking about how cold it is in a CMP in the dead of winter.
 Our winters here are so relatively mild the engine is enough to create a bit of warmth in the cab, especially a jet of warm air from around the handbrake in a Ford.
