Just to confirm, you asked about shipping? Don't always accept eBay's stock answer - I have met sellers who were quite happy to ship contrary to the base information - provided they were asked in advance.
Alternately, isn't there a UPS store or similar just across the border from you that will accept parcels and hold them for your pickup?
