			Dave Schindel,I understand what you are saying. For my 2 cents, I would say it was better to be acquired by Stan, rather then facing a very uncertain future in a farmers back forty.
 
 I think for him, it was important to save as much as he could, while he could.
 And, to be honest, much has been restored. Especially on the tractor side.
