Tony, Carriers built in Canada are CMPs. They are built with BSF threads. The parts book identifies as being built with metric plate. I believe that Ford of Canada made BSF bolts with American head and nut sizes.
That guy in 2045 is Correct!
I have since found that the floor in my Canadian hull is 3/16" (a bit less than 4.0 mm)

As an aside most cars are made with 7/16" UNF seat belt anchorages.
