That is where this info came from: 
- The “19-Y” denotes the Ford 1941 model-year 1-Ton Truck with 8-cyl 100hp engine and a 122" wb. chassis.
- “19-F” is an unknown designation but would denote a 1941 model truck.
Do you know what they refer to with "19-F" (or "19F")?
