It's strange that you should mention that as it crossed my mind yesterday as I was trial fitting the jubilee clips and I have no idea. I really don't think that it will matter on my recreation but I wonder how they balance modern tank road wheels or maybe it doesn't matter.
Any thoughts,Anyone?
