Bad news on my motor which is in for a re-build. Seems that the front pully had come loose and completely destroyed the front of the crank. At least I know what the noise was now
. I'm on the hunt for a crankshaft that is either, a) NOS, or b) good enough to be used after a modest re-grind. A quick question, will a crankshaft from a civilian model work as long as it's gear drive?
