Default Original Waltham Speedometer and Repro- comparison

Hi Mariano,

This may be of interest:

Side by side comparisons of an original Waltham speedometer and a modern repro.

Very close, but a few differences. The numerals on the odometers appear lower in height. Zeros are rounder on the repro.
The odometers themselves appear wider too, resulting in the "20" being slightly encroached by the first numeral wheel. This could also be caused by the positioning of the odometer relative to the face. This, however, would be a result of the design of the internal mechanism.
The trip odometer is not centered between the "0" and "60" for the same reason.

A couple other minor differences but not a concern.

Still, a good looking instrument and would do the job well and unlike most 75 year old speedometers- it works!

Cheers,
