Thank you Gentlmen,

Mine didn't have any sign of reinforcing plates under the floor and floor bolts were pretty rusty, so no evidence that a plate had been removed.

The tool box is being fabricated as we speak, I'll post pictures once complete.

Here's another question then: What's the larger loop on the cargo box behind the hoop loop?
