If it is the same one that I think it is, no, it is not full of "unique", "rare", radio gear. Even if it was it would not justify the seller's price.
The Opel is another story.
I would be extremely wary of it as well and would want definative provinance of its associated "history".
I guess if Crerar used my HUP as his personal vehicle I could ask another 20 grand for it?
Seriously though, I think most restored HUPs seem to sell around the 10K area, give or take.
