Sounds like an interesting project. I have always had a soft spot for M-H - see my website

You may already know that M-H specific parts of the All Wheel Drive conversion can be hard to find, as are the Australian 18” wheels and tyres.
The rest, like the engine, are regular Ford truck parts which can still be sourced from part donors or NOS.
