Richard, I was on the cascading end of the 7.62 belt fed MG continuum and trained on the C1, which Rob remembers as the C5. An Israeli M1919A4 will be close enough in function and features, to pass inspection. Since there are not a lot of Canadian reservists who used that gun in training, any criticisms can be excused with the standard restorer's shrug of the shoulders and an appeal to the Gods for compassion that your heart is in the right place. The arm is very similar to one used on the Lynx recce vehicle, but with a less effective travel lock.
