I think I've finally found the easiest way to disassemble Carrier track to bore over for the oversized pins (after about 168 links).

Has anyone ever had to take apart as much track as this before? It would have been easier if it had of been run around on a carrier for a few miles instead of filling the spaces with rust for years!

Oh well, having fun anyways!
