I spotted the rad. cap as well. Chevs have a goose neck radiator filler tube that is accessed by undoing the 'bonnet' nuts and removing the bonnet .

The headlights have a German look about them to me.

Over the years I have come across a handful of Cab 12 C15 trucks here in Australia, used to be one in the Ryan collection up at Shepparton , and another down near Geelong, plus the camo one that used to turn up at Corowa.. almost forgot the example at Boisdale Gippsland that I could have bought. The Ford version is exceedingly rare here... one definite ( MLU member) that I know of.
