Default Fabricating Ford CMP Radiator pipes

Yes, there was more to it than "just get them bent up at an exhaust shop" which is the common advice on some Facebook pages.

I was relieved that 60 degrees was the required angle too. As per attached photo the old pipe on top of the new aligns perfectly, using the piece of wood to get them both on the same centerline. Likewise, the cuts were done on my metal cut off saw so are very square with the tubing. I left 1/4" extra length on the head end for trimming if needed. It can be seen below the original.
