With the recent closing of Crown Surplus in Calgary, a few of the things that were never going to be sold either got sold or are now offered for sale. For years this TRW sat in the side quonset on display, with the boards removed on one side for viewing. I spotted it on ebay a few days ago, but when I talked it over with the wife, she flat out refused to let me move a couch out of the living room so I could display it there.
It seems that TRWs in good shape are between $7K to 9K these days, micely restored examples are $12-14K, so this one at $21K or best offer is not outrageous.
