I would like to find a pair of these to replace a missing one, and a badly damaged one on the Carriers No. 4 of my 52-Set. The full description is as follows:


Tinned copper braid, 5-1/4 inches long overall x 3/4-inch wide x 1/8-inch thick. Ends fitted with U-shaped cadmium plated steel end plates 7/8-inch long x 3/4-inch wide x 3/16-inch thick. Two 9/32-inch diameter mounting holes in end plates on 4-1/4 inch centres.


I thought of replicating them but modern 3/4-inch wire braid is no longer the wide. Something a little less, and it is only 1/32-inch thick.
