From what I can see this is an F60L built in 1942-1943. From 1944 (I don't know which month) onwards, they got late features like the military gauges, lifting slings on the hubs and "FORD" and later "FORD CANADA" pressings under the headlights. These features are all missing on your truck.

The chassis serial number was only stamped on the data plate at the factory, but when registered for road use in the Netherlands, it should have the number (VIN) stamped on one of the chassis rails. Have you checked somewhere near the left front spring hangers, for example?
