Personally, I have only spotted it back there once. I can't even remember which bracket it was, but I think it's the forward bracket. When you sandblast the frame, if it's there, it should show up.

My holes are less than 1”. According to a drawing recently shared in another thread that seems to be incorrect. Or is it just a later feature?
