Iraq, correct. The Iraqis had gathered quite a collection of WW2 armour, including Sherman and Churchill tanks, M36 SP AT Guns, and as we have seen here Daimler A/C's plus that elusive Indian Pattern Wheeled Carrier.
If you mean FT-17, that one was
found in Afghanistan (where there's another Indian Pattern Wheeled Carrier
).
