I'm presuming they wish to catalogue every Canadian who's won a decoration for valour; I'm going to try to get hold of the gentleman tomorrow and find out what parameters they're using. If they haven't made such an arrangement already, depending on what I hear, I think I'll also offer to host a website on their behalf.
