i understand about the artwork involved and the time you have put into this. the thing is there are just so many carrier restorers out there and lets face it the cost to ship even the smallest armor part to the US would be too much to make it worth wile. i am running into this problem with my M3A1 scout car ($400.00 for a pice of 4 x 2 armor with 6 holes + 200.00 shipping). what you could do is

A. release the CAD at one time to everyone intrested at a good price and you should make some good money.

B. request that the person purchasing the CAD sign a letter of understanding that the info is protected and not to be reproduced.

i understand that you have a right to protect your info and artwork. but as i produce items for my carriers refit i will be releasing the cad software to anyone who wants it for just the cost of the artwork. right now i am not about making loads of money, but i am about breaking even and helping other carrier owners out and preserving history.

thanks

dave
