David I just hope that you have kept a list of us who e-mailed our names to purchase a copy as, while I did email to the addy you gave I have not recieved a polite email recieved message or a leaflet if they were ever sent out.
As to the book riseing in value I don't care as long as I can purchase a copy at the original release date and do not miss out.
