We could say two brackets with roller bearings on the bottom. But you really can't beat the (correct) part number. I know when I looked at the photo with the brackets in the part manual, for a second I thought I saw CTL 35A, and was actually surprised to see the 35 used twice on the same vehicle. Then I realized that the hand drawn "S" could fool a guy.

The manual doesn't really cover the exact meanings of the CTL prefix. I have always assumed that the TL meant something like tracked light, or tracked loyd. The C seems to get added as the part gets revised, so it is likely for Canadian.
