Ah ... what a huge disappointment Garry ... I'm sorry to hear this plan got derailed ... you'd think they'd be glad to include that for the Vets ... for after all, aren't honouring the Vets with respect and symbols of appreciation THAT THE VETS APPRECIATE what this is all about?
If I know you though, I'm sure you'll find a way to present these flags properly, (perhaps before or after the official ceremonies while they are there
