Any caveats about mounting new NDT's on combat rims? I've finally realized that I'm not going to find the correct pattern tyre any time soon, and I REALLY don't like driving around on ancient tyres. Wallace Wade is about 1/2 hour south of me and has the best price on 900 X 1600 NDT's so it looks like I'm going to have to settle for those.
Do the warnings for installing split rims hold for combat rims also, or can I just air them up without a cage? Any info/experiences greatly appreciated!
