"1 Do you need the oil cooler for the UC? , mine has the pipes running down the body frame and the finned section also , but i don't have the connections hoses to the motor oil ports."

For the kind and mileage of driving we will ever do, the oil cooler is not a neccessity

"2. is thier any type of support for theunder the brake rods under the brake rod covers? took mine off yesterday and found everything caked in rust. but rods were fine."

There is a flat spring type affair which keep the rods off the floor. It mounts with two quarter inch bolts to the floor.

"3 do you need a fan coul? i don't have one. this is only protection from the fan? correct"

It makes sure the air does not re-cycle through the fan, and instead draws cool air through the rad, but again, for the type of driving and the mileages involved, you can get away without it.

"6. I notced that sum carriers don't have a tool box under the gunners legs , and I don't really want a tool box thier anyways, so I converting a Brake rod cover to cover the Rod linkage, this is ok rite?"

It will not be authentic....depends on what you consider OK

"8. lubricating the Track and pins , I was told NOT TO DO IT? thier made to run dry?"

Must be run dry. If you oil them, they will retain abrasives in their bore and increase the speed of wear.

"10. I can't seem to find kieths beer here in the USA, can anyone help me out?"

A true mil vehicle addict cannot afford to eat properly, let alone drink. Now back to work!!

Cheers
Rob
