Hi everyone.

I just got my new made data plates the other day for my C15A Cab 13. I need some help in figuring out what info I should be filling in. My truck was originaly a mix of various trucks and I don't have really any info on when it was made. I know the dash came out of a C60 as it still had the data plates.

The truck is going to have a late style dash (see photo). It also has a round roof hatch and wooden steering wheel. However I really like the look of the condensor can up on the fender so thats where it is going. It will be painted in SCC2.

Does anyone have info on what I shoudl be stamping in on all the plates. Is there somewhere on the frame that has a chassis number to help out?

I do have a metal tag that was attached to the steering box. The info on it is "Steering Gear Assy, Service number 5266918, General Motors of Canada" Does this help at all or is this just a part number?
