It looks like the jacking bar stowage bracket which goes on the rear deck. I belive the one shown goes on the right side, near the ration box, and just forward of the exhaust guard. The opposing bracket (located under the aux battery box) has a top on it.
While the part number on the bracket is for a rifle butt socket, I'm pretty sure it's an error. I'll look for my bracket and see whats on it for a part number.
