Derek,
The jig is made of heavy steel, and that part around the lower front is very thick and has been machined or shaped. My feeling is that it was used to either, reshape cab upper halves........or hand make new ones.
I tend to think it is for reshaping top half of cab. Presumably they are removable, I am thinking that this is for Chevrolet / GMC trucks.
I am waiting for others to come up with something, because there must be someone else who may have seen it, no more clues yet.
