I've got a lot of stuff that was cut out of all three of the books due to space and format. Also due to me going on and on about something I thought was interesting but then decided most people wouldn't care about. This happened a lot in the weapons book and there were probably fifty pages of material cut out that was actually written and formatted.
A lot of the Canadian items were were also left out on purpose if they were not main stream type things. This was because of the large number of experienced Canadian authors, many on this web site, who have pokers in the fire with other projects that will likely include them.
Will definately have books at Brent's event and also at the Central Texas Militaria Show in Belton the week before. Jeep will also attend both as long as Double D still has space for me. Sure he will post in response
Clive or Ed might have an answer on the post war BD having pockets intentionally left off. Might be a sub classification in their uniforms regulations for field vs day to day dress trousers.
