I read the aforementioned document. Aside from operations against Winnipeg, Vancouver, and the Soo/Sudbury areas, it sounded basically like a re-enactment of the War of 1812, although this time they would hit Halifax first, and Ontario second. The thing that miffed me the most is that the good major who devised this plan thought Ottawa was in Quebec!
