News down here in Texas is saying the people in the Terrorist Cell that were picked up are being "detained" and have not officially been arrested.
Will there be some liberal loop-hole used up there in Canada to say that they never really took possesion of bomb making materials since the ammonium nitrate was switched out for the sting?
