When you write a reply on MLU, just above the SUBMIT REPLY button is a box to ATTACH FILE. Click on BROWSE. Thiswill enable you to go to you MY PICTURES folder. In your MY PICTURES folder, hover the cursor over the pic you want (don't click yet), it will tell you the file size and pixel size. As long as the pic is less than 100kb and less than 700 wide, you can add it as an attachment by double-clicking on it. If the pic is more than 100kb in size or more than 700 wide, then RIGHT click the pic and select EDIT. This should open PAINT, or it may also open Microsoft Picture Manager. Both of these programs have a tool to resize the picture to get you under the 100kb and 700 pixel limit. You can then double-click it to add to the post as an attachment.
NOTE: Despite what has been written by our esteemed Moderator, the maximum pixel width is
700 pixels!.
