There goes the price of spare parts!!! For those of you who think it's obsolete, well, it is. But it is one of the best machines for VCP work, and they do work well when maintained.
I have one, and love it.

As for break downs, it's like any other AFV.
In my opinion, the CF would be smart to look at an updated version for mud recce, to compliment the Coyote. The troop leader doesn't need a coyote to do his job. After all, he doesn't spend all that much time on the OP screen.
A grizzly turret (cadillac gage) on a deisel powered ferret would be ideal.
