He is the son of my grandmother Rebecca Malloy's girl cousin,which would probably make me his fourth cousin removed.The families were all Irish immigrants who settled around Quebec City.As a matter of fact Ford was born near the present day Valcartier military base.The name of the town escapes me now,oh yes,Shannonville,which was in the news recently for the town's tainted water which was blamed on the military for dumping toxic waste into the town's well water.
