Hi RR,
Give me a few days and I'll send you some pictures. The only question I have is that you requested the height from the ground to the top of the tread. I'm not sure if the figure will be of much use to you, as I have a C30 which runs on 10.50x16 and not 9.00x16 tyres. If you still want this measurement, I'll take it.

P.S. Checked out your C15 rebuild thread, you are doing a fine rebuild, keep it up. As Pete so rightly said, it's good to see CMP's being restored to high standards these days, instead of being second rate rebuilds.
