Am looking at your page right now. Just what I was looking for. Did you have much trouble removing the W brace. Just a lot of grinding. Except for part of the frame cut out behind the seat, my frame can be reused. I like the idea of the paper templates.
How do you like your welder. It has a long enough reach?
I think I'll spend some more time viewing your photos and may have some more questions.
