Awesome! I love hearing that something I posted helped someone unexpectedly with their "family" research especially! Good luck with finding your Uncle's obituary, and I hope you do.

I wish I'd been able to get back to the library to look up my Grandpas, as I'm sure my family would have posted one in the Wpg Free Press, now that I have his proper death date. And although I know my Uncle Ed's death date now, I don't know if and when they would have put a notice in the paper, because was first declared as MIA, then later KIA, then ... his death date and details weren't known for so very long, so that would make for an awful lot of scrolling through probably at least a years worth of old newspapers Wouldn't it be neat if people transcribed this stuff and made it searchable alphabetically? I know, that's a lot to wish for
