Not sure why the sigs van was cut down. I notuced the guard shape and wondered what variant it was (I guess that answers the question as to what). I'll have to ask the fella that took the photos about it.
I asked him a while ago if he had a higher resolution shot of it because I was trying to see if either of the land rover ambulances were my one, there wasn't that many of them after all
